SugarDaddy.travel Terms of Use Agreement
By using the SugarDaddy.travel Website (the “Website”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether or not you register as a member (“Member”). If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the Website.
Section 1: Binding Agreement
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service and may be modified by SugarDaddy.travel from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by SugarDaddy.travel on the Website. This Agreement includes SugarDaddy.travel’s Acceptable Use Policy for Content Posted on the Website, SugarDaddy.travel’s Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the Website.
Section 2: Eligibility
You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of SugarDaddy.travel or use the Website. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Section 3: Term
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions on the Cancel Membership or Delete Account or Resign pages in Account Settings. SugarDaddy.travel may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership, or such other email address as you may later provide to SugarDaddy.travel. If SugarDaddy.travel terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees or credits. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect, including but not limited to sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 19, 20, 22, 23 and 25 of this Agreement.
Section 4: Proprietary Rights
SugarDaddy.travel owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of SugarDaddy.travel, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Section 5: Copyright Policy
You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Section 6: Subscription and Credits
SugarDaddy.travel reserves the right to offer free membership to any person(s) of our choice at any given time, for any duration, while charging other members, at the same time. SugarDaddy.travel also reserves the right to cancel the FREE trial period at any time, for all or any of its members.
All credit card payments are taken in a card not present atmosphere. Thus, to reduce risk, SugarDaddy.travel may request for written authorization of charges, as well as verification of card holder identity. All members expressly agree to provide documentation of charges made on SugarDaddy.travel through a written statement and/or copies of credit cards and photo identification. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
Presently, members of SugarDaddy.travel are divided into two categories: (1) Generous, and (2) Attractive. Generous refers to those members who have a profile on the site and pay for credits within the website to be utilized in order to send messages to Attractive under the terms and conditions of Generous members delineated below. Attractive refers to members who have profiles and agree to utilize those profiles to respond to all messages sent by Generous members, and agree to the terms and conditions for Attractive members, delineated below.
Terms and Conditions for Generous Members:
Generous members may create a profile on SugarDaddy.travel to communicate with Attractive members and sending gifts (Frequent Flyer Miles) that Attractive members collect and redeem for airline tickets or hotel rooms. Generous members expressly agree to the current posted fees for each “credit” used on the site. Generous members also expressly acknowledge and agree that the fees may change at any time, but will not be retroactively charged. All fees paid for credits or subscriptions are non-refundable.
All Generous members expressly agree that if SugarDaddy.travel terminates your account due to breach of this Agreement, or you cancel your own account, you shall not be entitled for any refunds for any un-used credits.
Generous members expressly acknowledge and agree that accounts will be suspended after 6 months of inactivity, and any un-used credits will be forfeited.
Generous members expressly agree that all requests for materials to Attractive will be in strict compliance with the remaining provisions in this Terms and Conditions Agreement, to include without limitation the copyright infringement provisions and the provisions regarding illegal content.
Terms and Conditions for Attractive Members:
Attractive members may create a profile on SugarDaddy.travel to communicate with Generous members, and to receive gifts (Frequent Flyer Miles) that may be redeemed for airline tickets or hotel rooms. Basic membership for Attractive member profiles are free, however, Attractive members may choose to upgrade their account to a Premium membership.
If at any time a Attractive member decides to cancel his or her membership or is terminated by SugarDaddy.travel under the provisions herein, the Attractive member expressly acknowledges that he or she shall not be entitled for any refunds for any un-expired subscription, and agrees that all gifts (Frequent Flyer Miles) earned through the website shall be irrevocably forfeited and remain the property of SugarDaddy.travel.
All Attractive members expressly agree and acknowledge that they will not place any material that would conflict with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, to include without limitation; intellectual property infringement, copyright infringement, and the depiction of illegal material. All Attractive members expressly agree that all material posted on SugarDaddy.travel or transferred through SugarDaddy.travel are the property of SugarDaddy.travel, and SugarDaddy.travel may utilize the Attractive member’s material for any purpose whatsoever in the sole discretion of SugarDaddy.travel.
All Attractive members expressly agree that all gifts (Frequent Flyer Miles) expire after 60 days of inactivity. Expired gifts will be permanently removed and be forfeited. To prevent gift forfeitures, Attractive members should login to use the website often, or upgrade their membership to a Premium account. While an Attractive member account is in a Premium status, gifts received will never expire. All forfeitures are non-negotiable and not reversible.
Section 7: Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SugarDaddy.travel Members. SugarDaddy.travel, Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
Section 8: Service
SugarDaddy.travel does not guarantee, at any time, either their paid or free membership holders, or members who have purchased credits, that the website will be fully operational all the time. Members may face significant service disturbances. Only in the event that www.SugarDaddy.travel is offline for a period of more than 72 hours, will a pro-rated refund be given. SugarDaddy.travel DOES NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT. We will offer support only for services/features related to the website.
Section 9: U.S. Export Controls
Software from this Website (the “Software”) is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
Section 10: Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Nevada.
Section 11: Other
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and SugarDaddy.travel regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 12: Ownership
This Website is owned and operated by SugarDaddy.travel, and unless otherwise noted, SugarDaddy.travel owns the Copyright in all materials provided here. No material from this Website may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner or form except as explicitly provided below. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any purpose other than those purposes explicitly permitted below is a violation of SugarDaddy.travel’s copyright and/or other proprietary rights. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that is used to generate this Website. The use of any materials from this Website on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited unless permission is obtained in writing from SugarDaddy.travel. The Website itself, including all textual and graphic content, is copyrighted by SugarDaddy.travel, with all rights reserved.
Section 13: Non Commercial Use by Members
SugarDaddy.travel is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, agencies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Section 14: Member Information
In consideration of your use of the Website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. SugarDaddy.travel reserves the right to verify any member identity and to terminate your account if we have grounds to suspect that information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete. If you provide untrue information about yourself, please note that you could be guilty of fraud and subject to civil and criminal penalties under U.S. federal and state law (or similar laws in the country of your residence). For example, Title 18, Section 1343 of the U.S. Code authorizes fines of up to $250,000 and jail sentences of up to five years for each offense. SugarDaddy.travel reserves the right to report violators to appropriate law enforcement authorities and seek prosecution or civil redress to the fullest extent of the law.
Section 15: Use of Materials
You may view and download a single copy of the information contained in this Website (the “Materials”) on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial internal use only. (ii) Posting any material that is not entirely your own or for which you do not have full rights to use;
(iii) Deleting or otherwise revising any material posted by any other person;
(iv) Using any device, software, or routine to interfere (or attempt to interfere) with the proper working of this Website or any activity being conducted on this Website;

(viii) Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;

Section 24: Termination
We may terminate this license at any time if, in our sole discretion and judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall destroy any materials obtained from this Website and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Section 25: Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SugarDaddy.travel and InfoStream Group Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the materials or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. SugarDaddy.travel and InfoStream Group Inc. shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense and in our discretion, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
